Bob the Rooster

I once saw a rooster

and his name was Bob.

But then right behind him

formed a real angry mob.

I wondered what happened,

how evil Bob was.

Then a bee chased him

and started to buzz.

I walked up to a man

and asked, “What did he do?”

But before he could answer,

Bob stole his shoe.

I found out the problem.

That rooster steals shoes.

When the mob said they’d fry him,

Bob said, “I surrender! I lose!”
