The Job from Heck

I thought I’d be

happy with my first job.

But at the office I was not,

For my boss was a slob.

My phone was unhooked

And by the same token

My printer malfunctioned

And my computer was broken.

When my computer was fixed,

My keyboard started sparking

I got so mad

I started barking.

I could not believe

That I was hired,

But then my boss

Told me I was fired.
