Peyton
Manning
Peyton Manning was born on Marsh 24th, 1976 in
The six feet, five inch, 230 pound quarterback passed for more than
7,000 yards and only four out of 380 passes got intercepted in college. He also
led his college team to the Gator Bowl. During the 2,000th season,
Manning set a new record with 33 touchdown passes in one season. Peyton led the
Colts to the playoffs in 1999, 2000, and 2002. Manning also became the only
player in NFL history with 4,000 or more passing yards in four straight years.
Peyton impacted my life by starting the “Peyback
Charity” because he donates money to people that don’t have any shelter and
also, I liked the fact the he was chosen number one in the NFL draft.
I find that Manning is remarkable because Peyton was the only NFL
quarterback to have taken every snap for his team in 1998.
The lesson that I have learned from Peyton Manning is that being a
quarterback is a very important job because you’re the leader of the offense
and if you mess up, the whole team messes up.
