Johnny Depp

Johnny Depp was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on June 9, 1963 to his proud parents, John and Betty Sue Depp. He was one of four children. Johnny has two sisters and one brother. As he grew up he started to enjoy listening to the band Kiss. When he was younger, the movies Frankenstein and Dracula were amusing to him. After years past by Johnny and his band, The Kids, went to Los Angeles in 1983. Then 15 years later he meets a French actor named Vanessa Paradis. One year later they have a beautiful little girl named Lily-Rose Melody Depp. Two years later they have another beautiful boy named John Christopher Depp III.

In 1984, he got to play his first role in Nightmare on Elm Street. Two years later the he stared in the movie Platoon. This movie won an academy award. One year later the TV show 21 Jump Street he played a role in. This show was filmed in Vancouver, Canada. The movie that made him famous was called Edward Scissor Hands. It came out in 1990, and was nominated for a golden globe award. He made a movie called Chocolate. He played the character Roux. Nick at Time was another movie he preformed in. Johnny was nominated for best actor award in 2003. Two years later he has his hands and feet put in sidewalk. One year later the movie Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Mans Chest is a huge box office hit.

The impact that I learned about Johnny Depp was that in a lot of ways you can be a good actor. He also impacted me to try new stuff. Like if you’re not good at something try another thing that you think would be fun. I think that acting is cool because of two reasons. One is because Johnny was in lots of movies and I hope that one day I could be in one. Two is because being an actor you can be in plays and musicals.

He is admirable because all of the movies were good and is really great at acting. He can play the guitar good and piano. He can also get right into character. My goal in life is to be more like him. All of these mean that he is a good actor to me no matter what.

The lesson I learned was that if you put your mind to it you can do anything you want. Johnny is created because he takes his time with his movies so the fans of his movies will be happy. When he is asked to play in a movie he puts all his acting skills to it. Those were all ways and things that I learned from Johnny Depp.
